Hello! My name is Maggie.

I am from a little small town called Harrisonburg, LA. Not many people know where it is or that it even exists, but to me, it’s home. I was raised in a big family of four brothers and one little sister. I’ve always had a desire in helping others and making others happy. I enjoy putting a smile on someone’s face, making them laugh by cracking a joke, and offering a helping hand in times of need.

I graduated from FIU in Pensacola, Fl in 2016 with a bachelor's degree majoring in diagnostic medical ultrasound. After graduation, I took advantage of my degree and became a traveling Sonographer, after spending 2 years in Alaska it was time for me to come back to Louisiana. I ended up in Lake Charles where I met my husband and two beautiful bonus children. We are now a family of 5 and couldn’t be happier. I love Lake Charles and SWLA and am so glad I get to call this place my home.

In November 2020 my husband and I took the leap of faith and decided to buy the prenatal shop in Lake Charles after I started my on-call job at Avail Hospital. The hospital itself is amazing and allowed me to have the comfort of a steady income while also giving me the opportunity to live my dream. I’ve always enjoyed visiting with my patients at the hospital, somehow I always seem so invested in each patient. Which lead me to where I am now.

This is not just a job to me it is my passion. I absolutely love listening and talking with each mom that walks through our doors. I have bonded with so many other mothers just during a simple ultrasound. It’s my desire to show them their little miracle, to create some of the most precious memories for them and their family. I genuinely enjoy each and every one of the ultrasound scans I do. As a mother, I can relate to them and their worries about becoming a mother for the first time or adding to their little family.

These days times are hard and we all have enough to worry about. I’m here to take some of that worry away by giving you the opportunity to see your precious unborn child. I take my job seriously and personally, each scan is not the same. My heart is in bonding with others and that’s what makes me so good at what I do.
